Aura generates outfit and fragrance pairings from the context you provide. Recommendations are editorial guidance, not professional, medical, or dermatological advice. Always check a fragrance for personal sensitivities before wearing it, and verify sizing, materials, and authenticity with the retailer before purchasing.

Notes, accord percentages, longevity, and sillage estimates — including those drafted by the AI parser from a scan or a typed name — are approximations for curation purposes and may differ from a brand's official listing.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the accuracy of the items you add. Guest data lives on your device until you create an account; see the Privacy Policy for details. You keep ownership of the content you add and grant us only the licence needed to store it, sync it to your devices, and generate recommendations for you.

Don't misuse the service: no automated scraping of the catalogue, no attempting to bypass rate limits or entitlement checks, no uploading images you have no right to use, and no content that is unlawful or infringing.

Using the scanner requires granting your browser's camera permission. By capturing or uploading an image you confirm you have the right to do so. Captured frames are processed in memory for AI parsing and are not retained on external public servers without your consent; only the structured item record you confirm is saved.

Generation, scanning, and stylist features run on metered AI capacity, so they are subject to per-user rate limits and, on some features, plan-based credit limits. We may adjust those limits to keep the service available to everyone.

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider on the interval shown at checkout, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account screen; access continues to the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, partial periods are not refunded.

Outbound shopping links — including Shop Look and Buy Sample — pass through our /go redirect and may earn Aura a referral commission at no additional cost to you. We are not the seller: pricing, availability, shipping, returns, and product authenticity are the merchant's responsibility.

Aura is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for purchases you make through third-party merchants. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as Aura evolves; material changes will be reflected in the date above. You may stop using Aura at any time, and we may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the service at risk.
